Parents wedding anniversary break

Overall hotel is lovely. My parents come back the same time every year to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Only thing we noticed this year was how cold the hotel was in public areas government law apparently food was lovely but not as much choice, entertainment was hitty missy .. some acts better than others. New hotel or hospital being built right next door to existing hospital so the banging and drilling started every morning at approximately 7.30 Am - not the hotels fault but when you go away to relax it’s not what you want to hear first thing. We always enjoy our stay at the hotel and hopefully we will all Be back next January.

Unfortunately, the ouside temperatures have been even colder than normal winter temperatures so it's more difficult te heat up the very large reception/bar area than normal, especially as per law we cannot have the heating above a certain temperature. Smaller areas such as rooms, restaurant, Piano bar etc. have however been as warm as usual as they are easier to warm up. Hopefully next Juanuary will be a bit warmer. Hotel, staff, food all very good, entertainment also very good, room excellant, but the weather was not good, but that wasnt the hotels fault, the coldest holiday in Benidorm we have ever had, will go later in the spring next time.

Solo teníamos AD porque estábamos fuera del hotel todo el día. Pero los ratos que pasamos en él,estuvimos muy cómodos. La única pega, la ducha, que se salía el agua por la mampara y se encharcaba el baño. Nosotros éramos los extranjeros ahí jeje

Hemos estado desde el día 28 de diciembre hasta el día 4 de enero,total una semana...que decir...todo impresionante desde las instalaciones,la limpieza,el buffet ,la animación...todo en si fue de un hotel de 5 .Agradecemos mucho el interés y el entrenimiento que nos ofrecieron los animadores en especial ,Laura y Joaquín,que quedamos encantados con su trabajo y personalidad..los camareros muy atentos y en el buffet todo lo que se les pidiera ahí lo teníamos...y no por qué no lo hubiera por qué hay para todos los gustos,no tenemos ni una sola queja de nada ni de nadie.pasamos una nochevieja inolvidable con todos...nos sentimos como en casa,con una gran familia que volveremos a visitar...simplemente MUCHÍSIMAS GRACIAS ❣️❣️
