Horarios
Hemos estado estupendamente, el único pero, por poner alguno, los horarios de el comedor están ajustados más a los anglosajones que a nosotros. Todo lo demás mi enhorabuena

Calypso
Extremely pleased! People in the hotel is very kind: from Cori at the reception to Jusepe the boss They speak very well french Rooms are clean.Food is good. Especially in the Calypso resto grill Many thanks!!

Bom hotel, excelente comida,excelente localização, mas quartos muito barulhentos
Devem melhorar a acústica dos quartos, que se ouve tudo o que se passa no corredor. Também a simpatia das funcionárias da recepção não é das melhores. Excelente buffet de jantar, com muita variedade e diversidade.

Repetiría
Han sido unos días muy buenos, para empezar la habitación, la verdad que la zona que no está reformada podría mejorar pero para lo que hemos estado en ella no tenemos queja, la comida si puede ser que sea algo Repetitiva pero a nivel de relación calidad precio, me ha parecido buena, quizás mejoraría un poco más los postres, a nivel de animación está orientado más a los extranjeros pero se entiende todo bastante bien, asique también sin quejas y a nivel de animación la verdad que los niños se lo pasan muy bien y los tienen entretenidos practicamente todo el día, estuvimos 5 días 4 noches en todo incluido y yo volvería a alojarme allí sin problemas, tema de piscinas genial para los niños, muchas gracias a todos por la estancia, ha sido un placer y volveremos el año que viene si dios quiere. Great clean hotel
We stayed in 2 different room 3 nights in new part and 5 in old part.on arrival check in was fast and room ready .as a family with 3 children Wud have been great to get some help or a trolly becus it’s a good walk away With all are bags had to do 3 trips .we wer put 3 flights up and with a 3 very exciting children trying to claim up to look out at pool I panicked stright away and ask to moved to lower floor I was so nice and said I did said emails and ask when booking 6 months in advance if I cud get lower floor my eyes wer filled up cus I just wanted are family holiday to go prefect ..but I cud see stright away that the girl on repetition didn’t care less .i then said we have another room booked in 3 days time can u please make sure that this is a lower floor she said I will try but not possibly with even making eye contact with me and then when I walked away she called me back and said by the way you have not paid yet for your room please be back to pay b4 4 o’clock and turned away from me Again i looked at my watch and it was 3.57 this was so rude as we did want to pay when we arrived and she told us we cud pay later I ran stright to room and down to pay it was 4 o’clock on the dote but she was away and the other girls at desk didn’t no anything about it and said it’s no rush U can pay later ..we didn’t get a lower floor in the new booking again we got 3 flights up after moving room my daughter remember that she left her iPad in the first room but had to wait 2 days to get this back when asking at reception the same girl she was told the cleaner of that room was off and it must be in her locker why was this we should have been informed that the iPad was found with out having to ask and wait 2 days .both room clean and really nice house keeping every day brilliant food brilliant ..and lovely pools .i love the echo friendly cup and straw idea they use .u have one cup that U need to have to get a new drink and when U are done drinking for the day u get a ticket for the next day this stops plastic cups and straws laying all over the place and this should be in every hotel ..but the bar staff can be rude .we don’t drink alcohol but enjoy coffee and soft drinks and we did pay good money for them with the inclusive there are not free the money people worked hard all year for to go on hoildays a smile Wud be nice I did try to be nice every time but found my self avoiding the bar and buying eles wer ..this will not put me off staying here again becus over all this is a great hotel and entertainment team so nice and brilliant shows for adults and kids

Comida
Lamentablemente no nos gusto la comida, no somos muy exigente con la misma, por lo gral nos quedamos conformes con las comidas de hotel, pero esta vez no, una pena por que el resto del hotel y los servicios que ofrece son muy buenos.

Volveremos
Quedemos encantados mi familia y yo todo tan bonito tan agradables y buen precio que no se puede pedir más mi única queja la mujer del comedor que limpiaba mesas se quejaba sin razón y incluso lleguemos a escuchar la familia gitana camelia o Amelia no recordamos el nombre una mujer de color con gafas y pelo corto pero por lo demás no tengo ni una queja todos te dedicaban sonrisas y jugaban con los niños una maravilla el grupo de la noche de actuaciones un maravilla sin más volveremos merece la pena un saludo

Hotel precioso increíble un montón de actividades las chicas de recepcion un encanto la mujer del la tienda siempre con una sonrisa y precios económicos la habitación increíble súper grande limpia camas súper cómodas piscinas fantásticas socorrista súper simpático la mujer rubia que está en la entrada de el comedor es encantadora cómida está bien hay poca variedad pero todo buenísimo mi única queja es creo recordar su nombre Amelia una mujer que trabaja recojiendo platos que solo hacía que quejarse que gritábamos mucho y que dejábamos todo sucio que se nos oía asta dentro de la cocina cuando nos levantábamos a dejar los platos y nos dijieron no por favor eso lo hacemos nosotros no os preocupéis y claro al haber nenes pues como niños que son se mueven pero no asta el punto de quejarse quitando a esta mujer nos encanto y volveremos sin duda por mi os doy un 10 porque solo por esa mujer no merece la pena quitarle el valor que tiene el hotel muchas gracias por su trato y sobre todo un saludo alas chicas de la animación de la noche súper majas os merecéis lo mejor ❤️

Enjoyable stay as always!
This was our 4th time staying at the calypso and each year I love it more. The location is perfect,5 mins walk to main shopping area,10 mins to beach,central but not so close that its noisy. I cant fault the staff, Inga and Rosario are a credit to the hotel. Very enjoyable stay,if I had 1 negative,it would be that the entertainment this year was abit disappointing compared to other years. But nothing to make me not come again. Will be booking for our 5th time next year ????????????
