Muy agradable
Nos alojamos con pensión completa y la verdad es que el bufet siempre tiene algo rico para escoger, además de las ensaladas, quesos, postres, fruta... La única pega-sugerencia: El personal de limpieza es muy ruidoso y grita por los pasillos desde bien temprano.

Buena relación calidad-precio
Magnífica atención del personal, variedad en el buffet, ubicación más que aceptable y animación diaria. Ha alcanzado mis expectativas.

buena calidad-precio
El hotel nos sorprendió por sus habitaciones familiares renovadas y por los pequeños detalles en la habitación. La cena del sábado muy bien, la del domingo floja. Buena impresión en comedor todos los platos acompañados de carta de ingredientes que pueden producir alergias, por lo que al ser un miembro de la familia celíaco resulto fácil saber lo que se podía comer y no.Lo mejor la atención tanto en recepción como en comedor. Lo peor poco respeto de los clientes ingleses hacia las medidas covid-19 y poco control. ya que se paseaban libremente por el hotel sin mascarilla sin que nadie les llamará la atención.

Hotel ok
I was happy with the friendliness and helpful of the staff at the hotel the food in my opinion was poor as was glasses and cups in the restaurant was dirty I complained to staff in the restaurant and was told it was the dishwasher but it was constant dirty glasses at breakfast lunch and dinner to the point we ended up just getting cans of soft drinks as nothing got done about it

Dear Jason We are very sorry that certain aspects of the Hotel Rio park did not meet with your expectations. Please be assured that the hotel has to undergo vigourous health checks often and all protocols are met and followed correctly. Unfortunately the dishwashers can give the glasses the appearance of being cloudy this is due the industrial products that are used in the machines.We do hope that even though the hotel was not to your liking, we do hope that that you enjoyed your time in Benidorm. Satisfied
We were very satisfied with everything about the Rio park as we have stao there many times. And hope to do so in the future. The only criticism we have is we found the food was not as. Warm as we would like it to be. Thanks
