Holiday October 2021
We had a lovely stay at the hotel the entertainment was quiet due to hotel not being full. Rooms were lovely and clean beds and towels changed every day. Food was fresh and always hot could of been more choice for the children.

Todo excelente!!!!
La atención del personal fue fantástica en todo momento, buena y variada comida en el restaurante, estuvimos 4 días y nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa, repetiremos sin duda mención especial a Mario por su dedicación y profesionalidad, posteriormente supimos que se trataba del subdirector del hotel, con profesionales así el éxito de una empresa está asegurado, ha sido una experiencia inolvidable.

Rio Park 1010
Best Hotel Ive stayed at. Come every year. Staff are always 1010. Food was down a little this year, mainly breakfast. But you still get 1010

Necesitan mejoras
Establecimiento renovado. Recomendable mejorar comida, animación para familias aunque el personal hace todo lo posible, no dispone de medios, limpieza mejorable y paseo hacia la playa sucio y peligroso de noche. Una pena!

TODO GENIAL
Ha sido un fin de semana genial, el personal, las habitaciones, la animación, etc Bajo mi punto de vista lo unico a mejorar seria: La tv de la habitacion es muy pequeña, no estaria mal una de 32 pulgadas que es una medida estantadar en muchos hoteles. Y la comida hacer alguna noche tematica mexicano, china, japones

Great Hotel, not so good pool area
3rd stay at the Rio Park last time was in July 2018. Hotel is great location and quite central to the Levante area, only 10 minutes to the town and 5 minutes to the busy bars. The area around the hotel is a bit run down more so the path that leads from the hotel to the beach. Nice staff, lovely rooms and a great restaurant are the real bonus at this hotel. The pool area has been re-designed since my last stay and lacks atmosphere with just huge expanse of concrete flooring with sunbeds that dont incline, almost feels like a pool built into a car park. Entertainment not so good but loads of outside space for chairs and tables. Would definitely stay again.
