Good value
The welcome at reception was the best weve ever had in Benidorm and we felt immediately at ease. The room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the pool. The breakfast was very good and we wouldnt hesitate to come back. A nice hotel with a homely atmosphere.

it was an enjoyable holiday the staff are very nice and friendly especially Tiaus I think that is how you spell her name she is the best receptionist for me, in a lot of places I have in Benidorm and I have been in most of the hotels I have been to the Riudor about 6 or 7 times I am due back there in July and then possibly in September, when you come in at night the night staff which are Men do not speak to you just a simple goodnight would be fine but I dont think that one spoke to us the whole week when we came in Other than that it was a pleasant stay Thank You Mrs W C Brennan.

winter break
This was our 4th stay so we knew what to expect.The rooms have been refurbished the rooms have been decorated to a high standard and the balcony was very private and a good size.There is a kettle in the room and tea and coffee satchets replaced every day.We emailed the hotel and asked for a high floor overlooking the old town and this was provided.The lady who manned the reception desk was very chatty and always smiling as was the room cleaner.This hotel is in the best position in Benidorm pubs clubs restaurants bus stops market all on the doorstep or very near.

holiday at riudor
great hotel riudor been going here for years twice a yeat somtimes 3 times its like home from home all the staff from managment down are all very friendly also food excellent and always very hot also cleaners pay attension to detail highly recommend hotel riudor
