Important Information for Guests with Reservations at Bali Hotel between 2nd October 2023 and 7th January 2024.
We would like to share with you important information regarding some enhancements that will be carried out at Bali Hotel during this period.
Starting from 2nd November, work will be conducted in the Family Rooms and Junior Suites of Bali III, with the aim of improving the experience and comfort of our guests.
These enhancements will include room redecoration, the addition of modern furnishings, and a contemporary design. We wish to assure you that these works will not interfere with your vacation and noise levels will be kept to a minimum. The works will take place from 2nd November 2023, with the exception of the days 24th, 25th, and 31st December 2023, as well as 1st January 2024. The working hours will be from 09:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
From 7th January 2024 to 29th February 2024, the decision has been made to temporarily close the hotel to complete the update of public areas in the hotel.
Starting from 2nd October 2023, preparatory works are planned for the projects that will be carried out during the hotel closure period.
All hotel facilities and services will continue to operate normally, and MedPlaya will strive to ensure that the impact is kept to a minimum.
We trust that these enhancements will not compromise your enjoyment and that the new rooms will provide a higher level of comfort and service at Bali Hotel. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay at our hotel.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, el servicio de limpieza un 10, pero las tres noches que estuvimos nos encontramos varias cucarachas en el baño de las dos habitaciones que teníamos. Hace varios años estuvimos también y no nos pasó esto. El personal excelente, la comida muy rica aqunque nos hubiese gustado tener comida normal en la noche asiática, aparte de esta quiero decir. El horario de las cenas era súper temprano: de 18:30 a 21:30, por lo que a la 20:00 o poco más ya teníamos que estar cenando prácticamente, demasiado temprano para españoles. Al reservar mi hijo pequeño había cumplido dos y el mayor ocho. Nos pusieron una habitación con cama grande doble, una sofá cama y otra cama más individual. El peque duerme aún con nosotros, así q una cama no nos sirvió. Pagué más para nada. Debería haber una opción al reservar para este tema, pudiendo elegir si el peque que aún es muy peque duerme ya solo o con los padres. Nos regalaron una botella de vino al llegar al hotel por reservar directamente desde su página. Volveremos en verano para aprovechar las piscinas.

El hotel está bien ubicado, el personal muy atento, agradable y servicial, buena limpieza, animación, ett La comida muy buena, en definitiva volveremos, y gracias por hacernos pasar una estancia bastante agradable

A most enjoyable stay again
Loved staying here again , we had a room on the top floor of Bali 1 and could see.the marina which was lovely . Room was very clean and comfy , Hotel is extremely clean and the food is lovely , something for everyone . The waiters are amazing always taking empty plates.away and making sure its always clean . The reception staff were brilliant , i had asked for a 7th floor room with marina view but we had been given 3rd floor , he looked and said there was a vacant room on the 7th floor so we could have that and it must have been fate because it was the same room as we had last year ???? The only downside was that they closed the outside bar at 8.30pm most nights and some nights it didnt open at all . We met friends there and we were outside most nights but had to go inside for drinks . We would love to come back next year but the price has almost doubled ????. I will have to keep checking the prices every week .

First glass holiday
Once again we choose the Bail hotel.this is our 8th9th yr at hotel we book twice a year have always found that hotel provides us with our needs especially mine. Staff go beyond they care of duty to clients. From those who work on the buildings maintain cleaners receiption bar chiefs etc etc. what I like most you go any where in hotel and welcomed with you back wonderful. It’s like going home. Virginia always helpful and so friendly the company I must say should be very proud of all the staff employed at the Bali Hotel Benalmadena thank you Lis connors David Cullinane

Si può migliorare
Tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Personale gentile, animatori bravi, vasta scelta del cibo. Il prezzo che ho pagato per il soggiorno e mezza pensione e stato conveniente. Però non è stato gradito che non sono incluse bevande neanche lacqua nel secondo pasto. E pagandolo al prezzo scontato per i clienti bisogna pagare per forza per tutti giorni del soggiorno. Se no, si paga al prezzo pieno. Nel bagno ci mancava almeno un altro asciugamano che comunque non cera il posto da appendere. La pulizia della camera è scarsa. Nonostante qualche pecca abbiamo passato un bel soggiorno.

very good but...
everything was very good,the food,the pool,the room ,the lifts,the entertainment,cleanleness,the staff but my wife saw a bag she liked in the display case,she asked 4 times to see the bag but each time the person in reception said they could not open the display case because they were on their own so my wife did not get to examine a bag which she wished to buy!
