nice but could be better

i have stayed here a week for the last 4 years since it has been refurbished it is spotless clean staff work very hard never stop location is perfect for nightlife if you like that thing as can be noisy sometimes late at night only negative is the entertainment i think the singers practice the same old songs never changes i was born in the sixties like a lot of the music that era but maybe a little bit more modern songs would help or even put a comedian on as it’s a adult hotel only anyway a bit more variety would help

Goed verblijf, alles in de buurt

Het was de 1e keer dat we hier verbleven in dit hotel. Ontvangst in de ochtend was niet heel hartelijk passports in plaats van goedemorgen, welkom in ons hotel, zou ik van u de paspoort of ID kaart mogen hebben? Verder de standaard uitleg. Hotel geeft aan bewust met het milieu bezig te zijn, tot op zekere hoogte klopt dat. Wel heb ik als tip om waterhuishouding te verbeteren dit heeft betrekking op het douchen, waarschijnlijk geen thermostaat kraan, met regelmaat onder de douche uit moeten stappen omdat het water heel erg heet werd of na correctie weer juist koud, hierdoor gaat er onnodig kostbaar water verloren. Mogelijk ook door de hoogte kamer het was op de 7e verdieping. 2e Tip: pas de bedieninstructie aan van de unit om te verwarmen of te koelen, het was warm op de kamer de 1e nacht dus bediening op koelen gezet 18 graden, halverwege de nacht was het nog warmer. Navraag bij receptie blijkt dat er op seizoen alleen verwarming of koeling aanwezig is. Het lijkt erop dat dit 1 systeem is alleen kan koelen of verwarmen en niet beiden, de instructie op de kamer geeft hierover verwarring. Bedden zijn erg goed ik heb hier prima op geslapen. Kamers zijn goed stil er komt weinig geluid van buiten naar binnen toe ondanks dat je midden in het uitgaansgebied zit. Alles is in de buurt te vinden, uitgaansgelegenheden, eet gelegenheden, supermarkten. Strand is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Wat erg jammer was is dat er geen lunchpakket aan geboden word voor de mensen die vroeg voor 7 uur moeten vertrekken, hierdoor alleen brood met jam of chocopasta beschikbaar en de koffie, deze service miste we wel. Over het algemeen hebben we hier een goed verblijf gehad.

Fantastic stay

Excellent Hotel

This was our third time at this hotel ,excellent location , room was cleaned to high standard and all hotels standard of cleanliness is excellent, all staff were always polite and helpful. I was disappointed that the pool snack bar was closed during our stay and we had to go upstairs to main bar for drinks, food was a bit of a hit or a miss for us , nothing wrong with the food just not to our taste sometimes, entertainment was okay overall we enjoyed our stay as always and will Certainly be returning at some point, well done to all the staff

Not value for money this time

First i would say this is the 5th time at this hotel as its location is perfect. On this visit i was not overly impressed with little things in the hotel. The food can be hit and miss but this time was ok we found something to eat most nights. The entertainment this time was shocking No afternoon entertainment but was advertised everyday. The entertainment guy did not speak English and just kept disappearing…. And the evening entertainment was again not as advertised and was only on for an hour or hour and half tops then they just played music so a total disappointment. We up graded to the premium package to have the better drinks only to find out that cans of carling, cans of koppenberg, bottles of cools and even bottles of water are not included in the premium package. The premium fridge with all the sandwich’s in was empty most times only to see anyone helping them selfs hence why it’s always empty. The rooms were very hot at night and the air con just drys out your throat but dont think it worked properly. Most of the staff where very nice just a shame that we paid a high price to go premium but got budget service. Would i go back again may be but will try other hotels first before booking this again . As i go to Benidorm 3-4 times a year its there loss. Advise to people looking at this hotel its in a great location just don’t expect to much .

Excellent value for money

We have stayed in Benidorm many times, this is our first stay in the Riudor and it certainly won’t be the last! Very clean and comfortable- some of our party heard noise at night but in this prime location it’s expected- I however didn’t hear anything with the doors closed. The staff, in particular the reception staff on arrival were excellent - booking all of us in quickly . The food was ok, always something to eat. Thank you Riudor for our lovely stay!
