1. INTRODUCTION
At MedPlaya, our customers are our top priority. That's why we have developed the all-new MedPlaya Amigo! Loyalty Programme, designed to offer our direct customers the best prices, favourable conditions, and exclusive offers and benefits.
MedPlaya Amigo! consists of three levels: Holiday Friends, BFFs, and Soulmates. Your level within the programme increases as you accumulate more stays with us, and with each level, you unlock additional benefits.
The following terms and conditions outline how MedPlaya Amigo! works and can be referred to anytime on the MedPlaya Hoteles website: www.medplaya.com.
MedPlaya Amigo! utilizes a Customer Identification Number to identify members. By accepting these terms and conditions, the MedPlaya Amigo member confirms their awareness and understanding of the programme’s details.
MedPlaya reserves the right to make necessary amendments to the conditions of MedPlaya Amigo! as it deems necessary.
The advantages of MedPlaya Amigo! are applicable to all MedPlaya hotels, with the exception of Resort Giverola & Bella Vista Beach Club.
2. REGISTERING FOR MEDPLAYA AMIGO!
The programme is available to adults over 18 years old.
Official bodies and companies are excluded from the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.
You can register for MedPlaya Amigo! through the following channels:
- The www.medplaya.com website: Fill out the online registration form with your personal information and accept the provided conditions.
- In MedPlaya Hotels: Use the QR code for registration.
Registration for MedPlaya Amigo! program is free. An email address is required to register for MedPlaya Amigo!, and each registration must have a unique email address.
3. MEDPLAYA AMIGO
Once you have completed registration for MedPlaya Amigo!, you can access your personal MedPlaya Amigo! area on www.medplaya.com. This can be done by identifying yourself with your email address or MedPlaya identification number (ID MedPlaya) and password.
Within the MedPlaya Amigo! dashboard, you can:
- View and download your digital MedPlaya Amigo! identification card, which displays your full name and MedPlaya Identification Number (ID MedPlaya).
- Check and update your personal details.
- View your booking history and easily make new reservations.
- Adjust your access settings for the MedPlaya Amigo! private area.
- Make your next reservation at the best price available!
Please note that your MedPlaya Amigo! membership is personal and non-transferable.
* In order that your discount is applied correctly it is important that you identify yourself using your ID MedPlaya Amigo! or email associated with your account when making your reservation.
4. BENEFITS OF MEDPLAYA AMIGO
As a member of the MedPlaya Amigo! you will be the first to hear of our promotions and offers* and will enjoy discounts and benefits on your direct reservations at all our MedPlaya Hotels, excluding Resort Giverola/Hotel Bella Vista.
*The inclusion in our Newsletter database is a condition of MedPlaya Amigo!
Discounts and benefits are applied based on your MedPlaya Amigo! membership level, all your stays (direct reservations only) count towards your membership level, and discounts, benefits and rewards are applicable on your stays with us when you have made your reservation on our website www.medplaya.com, through our Call Centre, Guest Service Managers, or directly at the hotel Reception.
Please refer to the table below for the different levels and associated benefits:

Your membership level is determined by the number of nights you have stayed with us (only direct reservations count) in any MedPlaya Hotel within the two years preceding your upcoming reservation check-in date. Please note that membership levels may fluctuate based on this criterion.
Discounts and benefits do not apply to reservations made through third-party agents, online travel agents, or tour operators.
Discounts will be applied to the price of the room occupied by the MedPlaya Amigo! member at check-in, and benefits will be available upon arrival at the hotel. Benefits and discounts are not duplicated when more than one MedPlaya Amigo! member occupies a room.
Discounts are applied to the final price of the reservation, excluding extras and are not applicable to 100% Non refundable bookings.
5. CANCELLING YOUR MEDPLAYA AMIGO MEMBERSHIP
Membership of the MedPlaya Amigo! programme may be cancelled for the following reasons:
- The user may request to cancel their membership of the MedPlaya Amigo programme by sending an email to: contact@medplaya.com
- MedPlaya management reserves the right to the temporary or permanent cancellation of the MedPlaya Amigo members membership under the following circumstances:
- Improper use of the MedPlaya Amigo Programme.
- Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions accepted when registering for the programme.
- Inappropriate behaviour at the hotel.
- Detection of incorrect data provided when registering for the MedPlaya Amigo programme.
- The demise of the MedPlaya Amigo member.
- When no transactions or bookings have been made using your MedPlaya Amigo account during the past five years.
6. PRIVACY POLICY – DATA PROTECTION
By completing the registration request for the MedPlaya Amigo! programme, the user accepts and authorizes MED PLAYA MANAGEMENT, SL to use and process the personal data provided for the purposes of the customer loyalty programme of the MED PLAYA group, such as the improvement of the commercial relationship with the client and making personalized offers.
Similarly, for the proper fulfilment of the programme, your personal data will be transferred to companies of the MED PLAYA group for the purposes described above.
The Personal Data that you provide will be processed to identify you as a user of the programme and to give you access to the various features and services that are available to users registered in the programme.
The user can, at any time, revoke consent for the processing of their personal data by sending an email to rgpd@medplaya.com. However, the revocation of consent will imply the exclusion of the client from the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.

La toalla de la ducha estaba toda rota, nos pusieron dos rollos de papel higiénico casi acabados, por la noche tuvimos que pedir un rollo nuevo, pagamos un suplemento más por tener habitación con terraza y nos pusieron enfrente de la sala de juegos con lo que la pelota de pin pon la teníamos en nuestras cabezas cada vez que jugaban.

Muy poca variedad en la comida, si bien, está bien cocinada. En el desayuno encuentras todo lo necesario para un desayuno continental. Todo es buffet. Limpieza adecuada y perfecta ubicación. Comentario a parte merecen las instalaciones: aunque pueda tener el encanto de antaño, deberían adaptarse a los tiempos, sin por ello tener que perder su identidad, es decir, las habitaciones son muy espartanas, amplias, sin duda, pero sin apenas comodidades, estamos hablando de tres estrellas, los baños están renovados y ofrecen todo lo necesario, pero no hay puntos de luz para la lectura o una mesilla para cada cama o simplemente alguna silla mas, donde poder sentarte a anudarte los zapatos. También merece atención la carpintería, donde se observan manos de pintura, con mayor o menor fortuna en la elección del color, pero desfasada. Los suelos de la habitación, aunque limpios, no invitan a ir descalzo, pues son de terrazo, cuando un simple pergo haría a la habitación más confortable y acogedora. El personal de recepción es muy profesional y atento, el del comedor se ve desbordado en ocasiones, y la espera de una mesa se hace caótica. En resumen, la balanza se inclina más hacia las virtudes, sin embargo, los defectos tampoco dejan indiferente. Por cierto, todavía quedan hoteles con llavero para abrir las habitaciones, este es una muestra, o lo dejas en recepción o te lo llevas, siendo algo aparatoso.

Une situation géographique idéale. En revanche il est dommage que les tarifs aient explosé depuis le changement de propriétaire, tarifs non justifiés dans la mesure où il n y a pas eu d amélioration quant au confort de cet hôtel qui est tout de même vieillissant. Les clients fidèles ne sont pas récompensés , on pourrait au moins leur offrir la gratuite du parking ainsi que des réductions attractives. Je frequente le Vistamar depuis 2004...

Situación inmejorable. Frente a la playa y a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad. El hotel necesitaría una reforma, pero por esa misma razón puede ofrecer una oferta asequible. Buena calidad precio.

Nous avons fait plusieurs séjours : le personnel est très agréable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et excellent. Nous avions essayé une fois la demi pension mais avions été déçu et préférons les restaurants autour. L’hôtel est tres bien situé avec une super vue sur la mer. Il faut maintenant payer le parking : 10 euros par nuit est un peu exagéré à notre sens. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Hôtel un peu vieillot bien entretenu personnel très sympathique Il serait bien d’avoir sur le balcon un petit séchoir pour le drap de plage et les maillots Durant notre séjour pas de beurre pas de jus d’orange dommage Aussi nous avons fait notre réservation en juin résultat nous avons payé 120 € de plus que si nous l’avions faite en septembre J’en ai pris note et invite toutes mes connaissances à ne pas se précipiter pour réserver Bon séjour tout de même

Hotel que necesita una pequeña reforma, situacion inmejorable frente a la playa, comida muy buena, en especial las Pizzas. Trato del personal, tanto de recepcíon como del comedor, perfecta. Muy recomendable. Eskerrik asko, Agur.

Pasamos 3 días y aunque las instalaciones necesitarian una reforma para modernizarlo la comida y limpieza estupendas.
