MedPlaya Hotels offer guests who are staying with us in Benidorm, for 6 nights or more, a free shuttle transfer to and from Alicante airport.
To qualify for a free shuttle transfer your booking must be made through our website www.medplaya.com more than 24 hours prior to arrival date and meet with the 6 night minimum stay requirement.
After confirming your hotel reservation you will be able to add your shuttle transfer Economy Connect completely free of charge.
This service is not bookable in resort and is only available for return trips (both ways).
Economy Connect Shuttle service from Alicante Airport available 7 days a week.( Except 25th December)
From 01st November until 31st March, available for flights with arrival and departure times between 07:00hrs and 23:59hrs.
From 01ST April until 31st October, available 24 hours a day.
The free shuttle transfer includes one suitcase per person and one piece of hand luggage. If you decide to add an extra case on your booking, this should be paid direct to the transport supplier on your arrival.

BENICONNECT FREE TRANSFER Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or departure are subject to a cancellation fee.
If you have reserved a transfer with Beniconnect, the cancellation or modification of your hotel reservation will have resulted in your transfer for the whole reservation being cancelled automatically*. New Transfer reservations can only be reserved more than 24 hours prior to arrival date.

If your reservation is for less than 6 nights you can still book a shuttle transfer, the price will be displayed once you have completed your search, and payment will be made online.

In cases where this information is incorrect or does not coincide, Beniconnect and MedPlaya Hotels will accept no responsibility should you miss your transfer. The flight number will always be the primary consideration for Beniconnect in their planning. Any additional costs incurred by this type of error will be passed to the customer for payment.
Please be informed that Economy Connect Shuttle service from Beniconnect is a free transfer and will not ask you to provide your credit card details.
