Falta arreglar habitación

Falta que arreglen muchas cosas. La habitación 510 tiene la colcha con remiendos, el bide pierde agua, la cisterna pierde agua y suena mucho, la puerta del baño por la parte trasera esta negra, moldura del techo donde el plato ducha se ve feo con pegotes de escayola, los armarios están las maderas abiertas. La comida repetitiva y muy Sosa. Lo mejor como en todos los hoteles son los trabajadores.

Short Break Dissapointed Can Not Get All Inclusive Booking With Med Playa

We visited for 3 nights and had a great time. We booked through Med Playa direct thinking we would get the best deal. We were told that All Inclusive was impossible as it starts from 4 night vacations only to find out that if we had booked with Tui we could have had All Inclusive for a similar price to our Bed And Breakfast price. We brought the subject up with staff at reception and they were not interested at all. I was very disappointed to find I could have gone All Inclusive if I had booked with Tui. Surely you should get the best options for your stay booking direct with the hotel owners. I will defiantly shop around if I return.

Unfortunately, there is a minimum number of nights for All Inclusive and the staff cannot do anything about this rule. Holiday in Benidorm

We had a wonderful holiday in Hotel Flamingo Oasis. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was very nice, but we missed typical Spanish food.

Winter stay

As a family we come back here quite often , we love the hotel and it is futher out of the way from main bars and food, it’s a lovely walk down. The bedrooms are lovely and big but maybe the hotel should look into have rooms like their sister in rio so separate but for kids sleep. The bed this year was lumpy I could feel the springs. Cleaners outstanding. That’s only thing from that point view with room. All staff great, entertainment is good and fun. Reception staff and food staff great. I will be back in July just me and my boy who in his words if I won million pound I would want but one of the apartments.???? . I usually book direct with hotel but I came in nov and my nephew was 13 and classed as an adult so we booked hotel through tui. This time in March we went direct with hotel again and you get free transfers and upgrade to premium all-inclusive. This was awesome. I’ve already look book for next year but because my son is 13 the price direct with hotel has gone up compared to tui direct as you can add child l age with tui, even with 10 if you book direct with hotel it’s few hundred euros dearer. Disappointed with that aspect. Moving forward I would look at increasing the age form 12 to 16. They should not have have pay for an adult, as they children. During our stay my mother and father had issuers with couple above them making noise and arguing until early hours so security had be called twice in two consecutive nights. The problem was resolved and security man was outstanding and was marvellous with my mam and dad who are oap. ???? thank you for a nice break. Thomas-jones family

Great stay as always

Bar staff mainly superb apart from 1 who slammed a bottle a beer on counter and it went everywhere, food still good, entertainment never been the same since March 2020, used to have 2 acts on of an evening but you barely get 1 these days, dont know if that down to the budget or not but he ho still a great hotel on the whole.

Estupendo

Es nuestra tercera vez en un hotel de esta cadena y todo fenomenal. Destacar la atención del personal tanto en recepción como en el comedor, todos super amables y simpáticos. Las habitaciones muy confortables y limpias. Decoración preciosa, la mejor de los tres Medplaya que hemos estado alojados. Felicidades Ah, agradecer detalle de botella de vino en la habitación por realizar reserva a través del la web de la cadena.

February Half Term

Stayed here numerous times now and still a good hotel. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the lack of entertainment. Pre covid the entertainment team were first class and lots of acts came into the hotel. Sadly this is not the case anymore it seems to be quiz after quiz. Disappointing. We would not stay again unless the entertainment improved such a shameas we do love the hotel overall.

1. INTRODUCTION

At MedPlaya, our customers are our top priority. That's why we have developed the all-new MedPlaya Amigo! Loyalty Programme, designed to offer our direct customers the best prices, favourable conditions, and exclusive offers and benefits.

MedPlaya Amigo! consists of three levels: Holiday Friends, BFFs, and Soulmates. Your level within the programme increases as you accumulate more stays with us, and with each level, you unlock additional benefits.

The following terms and conditions outline how MedPlaya Amigo! works and can be referred to anytime on the MedPlaya Hoteles website: www.medplaya.com.

MedPlaya Amigo! utilizes a Customer Identification Number to identify members. By accepting these terms and conditions, the MedPlaya Amigo! member confirms their awareness and understanding of the programme’s details.

MedPlaya reserves the right to make necessary amendments to the conditions of MedPlaya Amigo! as it deems necessary.

The advantages of MedPlaya Amigo! are applicable to all MedPlaya hotels, with the exception of Resort Giverola & Bella Vista Beach Club.

2. REGISTERING FOR MEDPLAYA AMIGO!

The programme is available to adults over 18 years old.

Official bodies and companies are excluded from the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.

You can register for MedPlaya Amigo! through the following channels:

- The www.medplaya.com website: Fill out the online registration form with your personal information and accept the provided conditions.
- In MedPlaya Hotels: Use the QR code for registration.

Registration for MedPlaya Amigo! program is free. An email address is required to register for MedPlaya Amigo!, and each registration must have a unique email address.

3. MEDPLAYA AMIGO

Once you have completed registration for MedPlaya Amigo!, you can access your personal MedPlaya Amigo! area on www.medplaya.com. This can be done by identifying yourself with your email address or MedPlaya identification number (ID MedPlaya) and password.

Within the MedPlaya Amigo! dashboard, you can:

- View and download your digital MedPlaya Amigo! identification card, which displays your full name and MedPlaya Identification Number (ID MedPlaya).

- Check and update your personal details.

- View your booking history and easily make new reservations.

- Adjust your access settings for the MedPlaya Amigo! private area.

- Make your next reservation at the best price available!

Please note that your MedPlaya Amigo! membership is personal and non-transferable.

* In order that your discount is applied correctly on arrival it is important that you identify yourself using your ID MedPlaya Amigo! or email associated with your account when making your reservation.

4. BENEFITS OF MEDPLAYA AMIGO

As a member of the MedPlaya Amigo! you will be the first to hear of our promotions and offers* and will enjoy discounts and benefits on your direct reservations at all our MedPlaya Hotels, excluding Resort Giverola/Hotel Bella Vista.
*The inclusion in our Newsletter database is a condition of MedPlaya Amigo!

Discounts and benefits are applied based on your MedPlaya Amigo! membership level, all your stays (direct reservations only) count towards your membership level, and discounts, benefits and rewards are applicable on your stays with us when you have made your reservation on our website www.medplaya.com, through our Call Centre, Guest Service Managers, or directly at the hotel Reception.

Please refer to the table below for the different levels and associated benefits:

Your membership level is determined by the number of nights you have stayed with us (only direct reservations confirmed in your name count) in any MedPlaya Hotel within the two years preceding your upcoming reservation check-in date. Please note that membership levels may fluctuate based on this criterion.

Discounts and benefits do not apply to reservations made through third-party agents, online travel agents, or tour operators.

Discounts will be applied to the price of the room occupied by the MedPlaya Amigo! member at check-in, and benefits will be available upon, or shortly after, arrival at the hotel.
Benefits and discounts are not duplicated when more than one MedPlaya Amigo! member occupies a room.

Discounts are applied to the final price of the reservation, excluding extras, and are not applicable to 100% Non refundable bookings.

5. CANCELLING YOUR MEDPLAYA AMIGO MEMBERSHIP

Membership of the MedPlaya Amigo! programme may be cancelled for the following reasons:

- The user may request to cancel their membership of the MedPlaya Amigo! programme by sending an email to: contact@medplaya.com

- MedPlaya Management reserves the right to the temporary or permanent cancellation of the MedPlaya Amigo! members membership under the following circumstances:

- Improper use of the MedPlaya Amigo! Programme.
- Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions accepted when registering for the programme.
- Inappropriate behaviour at the hotel.
- Cancellation of subscription to Newsletter
- Detection of incorrect data provided when registering for the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.
- The demise of the MedPlaya Amigo! member.
- When no transactions or bookings have been made using your MedPlaya Amigo! account during the past five years.

6. PRIVACY POLICY – DATA PROTECTION

By completing the registration request for the MedPlaya Amigo! programme, the user accepts and authorizes MED PLAYA MANAGEMENT, SL to use and process the personal data provided for the purposes of the customer loyalty programme of the MED PLAYA group, such as the improvement of the commercial relationship with the client and making personalized offers.

Similarly, for the proper fulfilment of the programme, your personal data will be transferred to companies of the MED PLAYA group for the purposes described above.

The Personal Data that you provide will be processed to identify you as a user of the programme and to give you access to the various features and services that are available to users registered in the programme.

The user can, at any time, revoke consent for the processing of their personal data by sending an email to rgpd@medplaya.com. However, the revocation of consent will imply the exclusion of the client from the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.
