Very Spacious and Cleanliness
We have just returned from our favourite hotel, booking direct with MedPlaya. Only one disappointment initially as we all know requests cannot be guaranteed no matter how much the organisation know in advance. Perhaps I’m an awkward customer requesting only an even number room on a high floor with a bath. Not requesting a specific room number, I asked for floors 17 to 20 we got floor 15 not a problem but no bath tub. our son who travels with us is autistic and can’t get used to an odd number room with the beds opposite way. However, we got sorted in the end and were most grateful and so happy. The hotel is as good as ever, all staff working exceptionally hard for the benefit of the guests. Entertainment, we prefer the Piano Bar, and the various artists were all brilliant, kept us all in a happy mood with the music. There were a few quizzes in the show bar with other entertainment but looked good. Food, was good but the previous Friday evening gala was a little disappointing only with the presentation, otherwise food good. Please re-introduce hot rice pudding. The introduction of the rooftop bar and entertainment is a good idea, we went up and it was too cold but only April. This hotel is good for young couples, young families, mature couples and mature families. It caters for everyone. I would highly recommend and the new Premium board will be a further added bonus.

Vacaciones Pascua geniales!!
Hemos estado en el hotel del 110423 al 160423. Todo genial, buenas instalaciones para niños, hotel muy grande, buena comida, habitación grande con baño enorme. Lo único que no nos ha gustado es la animación porque como esta lleno de ingleses, es todo en inglés, lo repiten en español pero muy rápido. Repetiremos seguro. Gracias a todos por las vacaciones que hemos pasado, sobre todo a Arantxa que esta en el comedor.

Flamingo oasis
Love this hotel and the facilities it has for families. However did leave things on balcony of room and hotel claimed there were not there. Really unhelpful when reported this to them.

Can do better
Ive stayed here 4 times in last 12 months, the food has been the same menu over this period and needs looking at always repetitive, entertainment needs an increase in budget to have 2 outside acts on every evening, ppl sick of quizes karaoke and stupid games, ppl pay a lot of money to stay here and all I have heard is entertainment rubbish food repetitive which tbh is correct. I always book hotel through medplaya for the free upgraded drinks package but this is finishing soon as they are having a new concept of all-inc premium which costs a lot more, will I stay here again probably not until entertainment and food has changed so I think its time to move on to the next hotel.

Honest feedback
Nice hotel but is only going to get worse! Not enough staff busy week last week April holidays pool bar suppose to be opened 11-4 only open 1pm to 4 causing queues at top bar. Toilets no toilet paper on many occasions and hygiene not great so not getting cleaned enough. Entertainment has to be the worst they really need to consider bringing in acts as this hotel can be a fantastic hotel if they would just sort this out .

Hi Kelly, Thank you for taking the time to share your views with us. We are pleased that you had an overall good stay although you feel that there are aspects that can improve. The cleaners clean the toilets in the public areas several times per day and we are sorry to hear that some guests left the toilets in a mess between the times of clenaing. We will forward this comment on to the housekeeper. The pool bar is officially open from May (weather permitting) but they will try to open it a few hours per day in April as an additional service to our guests and we are sorry if this caused any inconvenience. Your feedback is important to us as a company and your comments have been sent to the hotel manager. We hope to get the opportunity to welcome you back to Benidorm and to the MedPlaya Hotels. spring break.
we had a good short break at your lovely hotel,the food was good ,meal times where well spread so no hurrying.The bar staff and drink choice was excellent and very friendly.Hotel staff where very helpful,this made for a very enjoyable holiday.thank you all.

Lovely hotel

Muy buen hotel
El hotel está muy bien, nos ha gustado todo, la única pega sería los espectáculos ya que es todo en inglés y no te enteras.

Perfect hotel to go for perfect holiday
Lovely friendly hotel and staffexcellent food bedrooms cleaned and a change of towels everyday excellent service by the friendly maids bar staff excellent alway 3 or 4 behind the bar nowaiting for your drinks the best all-inclusive hotel iv stayed in it beats the sol pelicarnos by miles iv stayed there crap compered to the flamingo oasis that why i and my friend go back every year some twice a year perfect for us

Really good holiday
Just returned from 16 day stay. Warm welcome staff all excellent friendly and helpful. Room lovely and comfortable and a great size with large balcony. Premium drink upgrade was great. Entertainment not what it used to be. Less professional acts and shows. We made the most of it. Disappointed the hotel continues to allow large single sex groups who tend to have little consideration of other guests. Some people I have spoken to wont be back because of this.

It is unfortunately not possible by law to discriminate any guests and deny guests to check in at the hotel. Most groups behave and if they don't, they may be asked to leave the hotel, just as with any other guest who do not follow the hotels rules.
