Graceful old girl
The hotel as charm and character its just a pity that med playa are trying to make it modern and its not working , for some reason they are wanting to make it into a family hotel and its not working. Maybe it will bring more money into the hotel but at what cost. Bring it back to the splendour of days gone by and then guest will love it.

Med Playa
Have been here many times, staff are always very good, especially in the restaurant however this time they were badly let down with the girl behind the carvery. She was very rude and had a bad attitude.... Also the bathrooms are badly I need of refurbishment.

Great Holiday
Very good weeks holiday. Hotel very good. Entertainment, food ,staff everything first class. One minor comment. Evening meal does not start until 7pm. Would rather have had this starting a bit earlier giving more scope for doing more in the evening. All ready booked for 2 weeks next year via Tui.

7th visit
Stayed in the new junior suites this time and the space in them made a huge difference. All staff including cleaners and maintenance guy extremely helpful. We love the position of this hotel. If there is any negatives it is that the gym could do with a huge upgrade...... That said booked again for next year.

Good hotel in front of beach
Very nice room, comfortable beds. Excellent shower. A lot of choice at breakfast but quality of products offered might be increased.

Fabulous hotel
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Pez Espada. Beautiful hotel. Loved our junior suite with hot tub, staff were always happy and friendly, food great. Entertainment ok. An Indoor pool would make this hotel exceptional!! Anything we asked for was never a problem. Only niggle we had was the cakes and water ran out alot in the med playa lounge. One day they wasnt topped up for a whole day but thats the only negative thing we can think of so thats pretty good going really. Oh and our bathroom had quite a few ants. Will definitely come again.

Great Hotel

Formidable.
El Hotel ¡genial! Pequeñito pero muy cómodo. La limpieza de 10. La comida no mucha variedad de muy buen calidad. Los trabajadores camarerosas, limpiadoras, recepcionistas, etc. Muy amables. En general hemos pasado unos días muy a gusto. Conocemos muchos hoteles, de tres estrellas en adelante, de la zona puesto que solemos viajar mucho a Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Mijas... Y puedo decir que es uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos estado. A este 100 ¡qué repetiremos!. Por poner un pero, diré que las almohadas son demasiado bajas. Por el resto todo genial, lo recomiendo a todo el que busque unos días de descanso.

Excelente estadia
Lidia en la central de reservas no ayudo con mucho profesionalismo ya que tuvimos que reservan dos habitaciones a ultimo momento ya que el hotel que habiamos reservado estaba sobre vendido. Nos gustó mucho el estandard de limpieza del Pez Espada y el excelente desayuno. La hubicacion del hotel es privilegiada y esperamos volver pronto
