Estuvimos muy a gusto
Pasamos unos días geniales..hotel moderno, con habitación grande, a 5 minutos de la playa.. volvimos muy contentos.. repetiremos

excelente habitacion, me dieron una superior a la que yo habia reservado y estaba muy bien, la comida muy bien para un español a pesar de que casi todos los clientes eran extranjeros

Vacaciones ideales
Hemos pasado en familia unos días maravillosos ha superado nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones todas muy nuevas y cuidadas. La habitación era muy elegante y espaciosa. Los precios en La cafetería para comer o beber entre horas era asequibles. La ubicación mejor de lo esperado Esperamos volver pronto

Rio Park
Checked in late Fri 20092019. Returning customers each September from 2017. Booked two club service rooms, no different to a non club service room. I did query this at reception however nobody seemed interested. At checking in I was paying on my card, the amount for the two rooms I booked was in my account however the card reader would not accept my card on trying several times. I was quite embarrassed at this point. Transferred money into my daughters account and used her card to pay for one room and one of our guests had to pay for the other room on his card. The guy on reception didnt seem interested and was very unhelpful, his customer service was awful. This reduced me to being in tears. I did approach reception the next morning and was told that somebody from the management team would speak with me about the experience however nobody did.

Nice Hotel
We have stayed at the Rio Park many times. Rooms good excellent staff will return. in August.

Mixed bag .
Very helpful staff especially Miguel. I think a better correspondence would be a good thing as emails i sent were not dealt with or responded to. Food was cold and dissapointing from other visit. Chinese night was awful as everything tasted the same.I work in a hotel myself so know this will be taken as constructive criticism. Overall though i enjoyed the hotel so onwards and upwards.

hotel confortable
Habitación un poco pequeña, pero comoda, restaurante con gran variedad, servicio de cafeteria con horaro amplio y precios competitivos, buena animación diaria y nocturna, piscina muy grande para adultos y pisciña para niños bien acondicionada, con atracciones y tobogan. La mayoría de los huespedes eran británicos. El servicio de ascensores 6 se colapsaba en horario de desayuno y cenas
