Excellent
Had another great holiday here. Entertainment was great and good food choice but please do not put out hot plates to put salad items on. Rooms cleaned every day and staff we spoke to were all pleasant. We were disappointed not to get a pool view which we had requested and felt as we were returning customers that we should have got one.

i had a great time at the rio park the food was very good the rooms are lovely one little comment you could do with a holder in the shower for your toiletries

Amazing Time
Have been going to this hotel for a very long time and every year we meet lots of lovely people from different locations from very different backgrounds and we always have a laugh and lots of fun together. Will be back again next year

friends short break
overall great hotel, all staff friendly hard working, food best ever had in over 20 yrs coming to Benidorm. lovely pools plenty sunbeds, great location for sea and bars restaurants. Will definately come again. Only complaint was allocated room 208 smelt musty as had damp wall from obvious previous bathroom flood, complained but no alternative room available. The hotel is in process of rooms update so am sure will be remedied in the near future. otherwise lovely break, lovely hotel and all lovely helpful hardworking staff.

good value
for what it cost us it is very cheap ,good for famillys ,have their own entertainment team ,varied choices of food . good staff , helpful the only down side for us is we have been to the hotel quite a few times never had a pool view . the hotel is being refurbished as well ,hope they change the chairs in the entertainment room

Fantastic place

Fantastic hotel
The best value for money hotel in Benidorm, 5 food every day.I have to mention the Rep, Carron Casanova, nothing to much trouble for her to sort out

we have just come home from the Rio Park & we really enjoyed ourselves - from the fantastic staff to the entertainment - the only issue that we had which wouldnt be an issue to many people was the lack of a lift to & from the pool area - my husband is disabled & although he could go out of the restaurant to the pool this door was locked when we wanted to leave this area & he had to walk what seemed like miles to get back to the terrace he really struggled with the length of the ramps & the distance from all facilities because of this our holiday was set around the terrace - other than this we had a really good time we would go back but we would have to have another terrace holiday ideally the dining room door could be left open for disabled access
