Recent stay
Med playa rio park was spotless. Rooms lovely and bright and well furnished. Pool area great and food choice was good although at times not as hot as could be. Staff pleasant and definitely stay again

Fantastic
The hotel is fantastic from start to finish of our stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well kept and room are very comfortable with everything you need. The food was to die for with such a vast variety and very fresh. The pool are is very clean and the pool bar and snack bar is very reasonable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Benidorm it must be the best hotel I have stayed in.

Bathroom
shower base very slippy. should have a plastic mat on floor. Needs a WARNING notice as I slipped and fell first time used.

Mucha comida pero nefasta
La comida estaba sin sabor,la carne muy recalentada y de sensación vieja o pasada,el pollo asado malísimo,nos gusta mucho el hotel pero la calidad de la comida ha bajado un montón La habitación maravillosa,el colchón fenomenal

happy holidays
We had a great 9 days stay in the rio park the only criticism I have is the shower in the bathroom drastically need a hand rail , we found the shower tray very slippy and I had to put a towel down to stand on for fear of slipping and knowhere to hold on to , otherwise everything else was fantastic , good food and great entertainment the staff work really hard in what they do , thank you .

LOVE THIS HOTEL!
This is the 3rd year at Rio Park and we love it and always recommend it to others. The new rooms are lovely. One negatice was the set up in the dining room...as you enter to your right there is all the drinks facilities but then this leads to the counter where the eggs are done and the toast is there too and this makes the area very congested and causes issues especially if you just want toast you seem to get stuck in a very long que with others who are waiting for eggs to be done.

Complaint
Only one complaint. Lots of guests reserve sunloungers with towels by the pool area. They seems to stay empty for hours on end and guests like ourselves can not use. There are notices that people can not reserve loungers but the management do nothing to stop it.

Enjoyed
We only stayed one night ...but would recommend the hotel and would stay there again ...The staff were polite and so helpful ...loved our room on the 12th floor ..Everything was good
